Estimates & Planning
How do I request an installation estimate?
You can request an estimate by calling or texting us at (509) 225-3420 or by completing the online request form on our website. We will contact you to discuss your project requirements and schedule a site visit if necessary.
Are installation estimates free?
Yes. We provide complimentary, no-obligation estimates for HVAC equipment replacement and new construction projects throughout Central Washington.
Equipment Selection
What equipment brands do you install?
We are an authorized Carrier dealer and primarily install Carrier heating and cooling systems. We choose Carrier for its exceptional engineering, reliability, and technical support infrastructure. However, we can install nearly all systems.
What's the difference between Carrier Comfort, Performance, and Infinity?
The Comfort series offers reliable, standard efficiency. Performance series adds enhanced humidity control and higher efficiency. Infinity represents our most advanced systems, utilizing variable-speed technology for maximum comfort and energy savings.
Should I choose a gas furnace, heat pump, or dual-fuel system?
The best choice depends on your existing utilities and efficiency goals. Gas furnaces provide powerful heat during extreme cold, while heat pumps offer both heating and cooling. Dual-fuel systems combine both for maximum versatility.
Installation Day & Scheduling
How long does an HVAC equipment replacement take?
Most residential equipment change-outs are completed in 1 to 2 days. More complex projects involving ductwork or new construction may take longer depending on the scope.
How should I prepare for installation day?
Please ensure our technicians have clear access to the indoor unit (attic, crawlspace, or closet) and the outdoor area. We recommend clearing a 3-foot radius around equipment areas.
Does the manufacturer warranty cover labor?
Manufacturer warranties typically only cover parts. We provide our own workmanship warranty for the installation, and extended labor warranties are available for purchase.
Installation Scope & Additional Work
Factory Authorized Dealer and Certified Ductless
Since we are both Factory Authorized and Certified Ductless Pro's we have an additional extended labor warranty at no cost to you!
Does my installation include electrical work?
Our team handles standard equipment power connections. If your electrical panel requires upgrading or new circuits are needed, we manage the coordination with licensed electricians as part of the project.
What happens if additional work is discovered?
If we encounter unforeseen structural or mechanical issues during installation, we stop and discuss the situation with you immediately to provide a clear estimate for the additional work before proceeding. If it does not require additional trips to job site or significant materials the technicians, will generally handle at no extra cost.
New Construction & Custom Homes
Do you install complete HVAC systems in new homes?
Yes. We specialize in custom home mechanical design, including full ductwork installation, equipment selection, and integrated ventilation plans designed specifically for your new build.
When should an HVAC contractor become involved in my project?
Ideally, during the architectural planning stage. Addressing mechanical requirements early ensures adequate space for ductwork and equipment placement without compromising interior design.
Warranties, Financing & Follow-Up
What warranties come with new equipment?
Most Carrier units offer a 10-year limited parts warranty if registered promptly. We'll supply the paperwork you need to secure this coverage easily. Some Infinity equipment includes extended warranties.
Does the manufacturer warranty cover labor?
Manufacturer warranties typically only cover parts. Carrier offers a consumer choice warranty transfer the 10 year parts to a 5 year parts with 3 year labor warranty for better coverage to homeowners planning to move or sell.

Since we are both Factory Authorized and Certified Ductless Pro's we have an additional extended labor warranty at no cost to you!
6 Month Operational Check-Up after Install
After installation of new equipment we will follow up within 6 months of install date. We will schedule to stop by and check in with you and the system to double check the operation and take care of any possible warranty work that may need taken care of. Being that this is the most crucial frame of time second only to the install day for a along running and efficient system, we find this follow up to very important. No Charge.
Rebates
